ATTENTION: Starting July 1st, HST will be charged on orders shipping to BC (12%) and Ontario (13%). All orders (including layaway orders) placed prior to this date will only be charged 5% GST. Any orders placed in either of these regions after midnight June 30th will have HST added to the recipt.

When will my order ship?
Most confirmed orders are shipped within 24 hours or less. Restricted firearms require approval from the Provincial Chief Firearms Officer and take about 1-15 days to process. Leupold and CZ products may require 1-8 days for shipping.
How do you ship?
Firearms, accessories, optics, DVD's and clothing are shipped by Canada Post Expedited parcel. All ammunition is shipped by DHL Courier.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all regular priced NEW long guns, scopes, shirts, & DVD's (Surplus firearms, handguns, and air-stage locations exempt). Ammunition shipping prices are determined by your postal code.

Can you ship outside of Canada?
Firearms and ammunition can only be shipped within Canada. We can ship most accessories internationally provided they are allowed for import. For orders outside of Canada and the United States payment must be by Bank Money Transfer only.
What happens if I need to cancel an order?
Once an order is placed any cancellation is subject to a $25 administration fee.
Do you accept returns?
Returns and exchanges can be made on all products provided they are returned in unused condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and less all shipping fees. Firearm returns are subject to an additional $10.00 for transfer fees per gun. Any order that is refused at the receivers location will be treated as a return, and the return shipping will not be refunded. Exchanges are subject to a flat $25 charge, less shipping fees. Once an order is placed any cancellation is subject to a $25 administration fee. All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EMT, cheque, money order and interac debit. When paying by money order or check, you will need to place your order over the phone and please send payment within 2 weeks of placing your order. If we have not received payment within the 2 weeks the items will be available for sale again.

What are your store hours?
Sundays, Mondays and Stat Holidays we are closed. Tuesdays – Thursdays 11:00AM- 5:00PM, Fridays 11:00AM – 4:30PM, Saturdays 10:00AM-4:00PM. Occasionally we are closed on weekends for Trade shows.
Do you accept trades?
We do accept trades on all items except used firearms. To get a price please email us pictures or stop by the store.
*Please note that DHL and Canada Post are third party carriers. Frontier Firearms will not be held responsible for delays in shipping once an order is in transit. In the event that a order is lost, we will process a claim and a refund or replacement item will be sent once the claim is complete. Statistically we have experienced a lost parcel (once in the hands of the carrier), approx 1 time for every 600 orders. All claims of shortages or damage goods must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Do you have a layaway plan?
We do have a layaway plan. We require a 25% first payment that is non-refundable. The balance owing is due within 90 days. This deposit is to serve as the buyers committment to follow through on the purchase within 90 days. We charge no financing or layaway fees, however all deposits are non-refundable.
